Processing, Shipping & Returns

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-6 business days unless materials have to be ordered for a custom request. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship. Orders requiring specific product procurement may take longer to process. You will be notified of your processing and delivery time for your custom requests.

Shipping Time:
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please Note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

    Return & Refund Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please note the following regarding returns and refunds:

    Customized Items:
    Customized products are not eligible for exchange, returns or refunds. Before production begins, we will send you a design proof for approval. Once you approve the design and production starts, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds.

    Non-Customized Items:
    For non-customized items, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. There are no refunds.

    Please Note:

    • All exchanges must be in their original, unused condition.

    • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

    Apparel is not eligible for exchange or refunds. Please carefully review sizing and product details before purchasing.
