Step 1: Submit Your Detailed Request via Email
To begin the custom process, please send an email with all the necessary information to:

In the body of the email, please include ALL of the following details clearly:
• Item(s) You Want Customized: (e.g., Retractable Badge Reel, Lanyard, Key Chain, etc.)
• Quantity: (e.g., 1, 5, 20)
• Custom Text/Name: (The exact name, quote, or title you want printed.)
• Design Colors: (List all colors you want included.)
• Image/Logo: (Attach the high-resolution file. If no image, describe the desired graphic—e.g., "a simple floral arrangement.")
• Specific Details: (Any other important notes, such as clip style, font preference, etc.)
Step 2: Review and Confirmation
Once we receive your detailed email:
1. We will review your request and send a reply confirming the final price and invoice, or ask any necessary clarifying questions.
2. Once the price is confirmed and payment is received, we will create and send you a digital proof for your approval.
⏳ Important Timeline & Policy
• Turnaround Time: Custom requests may take up to four (4) weeks to design and produce, depending on the complexity and current order volume. This time starts after payment is received and the design proof is approved.
• Accuracy: Please double-check all text and details in your request email. We are not responsible for errors based on the information provided by the customer.
